📌 Booking & Confirmation

  • All bookings are subject to vehicle and driver availability.

  • Booking is confirmed only after our team contacts you and finalises details.

  • Prices may vary based on distance, duration, car type and fuel conditions.

📌 Payment Policy

  • Payment method will be confirmed at the time of booking.

  • Advance payment may be required for long routes, events or multiple-day bookings.

  • Any extra charges such as overtime, toll taxes or extended travel will be informed to the customer.

📌 Vehicle Usage

  • Vehicles must be used only for lawful purposes.

  • Any damage caused due to customer negligence may result in additional charges.

  • Smoking, illegal items and misuse of vehicles are strictly prohibited.

📌 With Driver Service

  • Driver working hours will be discussed at the time of booking.

  • Overtime charges may apply if usage exceeds agreed time.

  • Customers are responsible for respectful behaviour with drivers.

📌 Without Driver (Self Drive) Service

  • Valid CNIC and driving licence are required for self-drive rentals.

  • Customer is responsible for traffic fines, challans and violations.

  • Vehicle must be returned in the same condition as provided.

📌 Cancellation Policy

  • Please inform us as early as possible if you need to cancel your booking.

  • Late cancellations may result in cancellation charges depending on the booking type.

  • No-show bookings may be charged partially or fully.

📌 Delays & Unforeseen Situations

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by traffic, weather, accidents or road conditions.

  • In case of vehicle issues, we will try to arrange a replacement where possible.

📌 Limitation of Liability

  • Anas Rent a Car Karachi is not responsible for loss of personal belongings left in the vehicle.

  • Customers travel at their own risk and must follow safety instructions.

📌 Changes to Terms

  • We reserve the right to update these terms at any time without prior notice.

  • Continued use of our services means acceptance of updated terms.
